At The Santiago Reset, all digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed.

No Refunds

All sales of our e-books and digital downloads are non-refundable. By purchasing, you agree that:

You have read the product description carefully
You understand that digital products cannot be returned
You will not initiate chargebacks without first contacting us for assistance

File Delivery Issues

If your file is damaged, won’t open, or was not delivered properly:

We will gladly resend the file
We can provide the e-book in another format (e.g., PDF, Pages, EPUB) if needed
